Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third party that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. A direct message contains only the details you choose to send and is used to answer you.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and time stamps. Aggregate patterns help diagnose faults and show which guides are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
Data is used to run the service, repair errors, measure traffic, and improve the guides. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual user profiles are not created.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Lee County and Florida portals, libraries, archives, and third-party tools. Information submitted after leaving this site is governed by that service's own policy, including submissions made for sponsored results.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support vendors process server logs, while analytics or advertising providers may receive the technical data described above. Data may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects data in transit, and logs are retained only while needed for the stated purposes. Because there are no visitor accounts, the site holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. Personal information from anyone under 18 is not knowingly collected; contact us if a minor submitted information so it can be deleted.
Your Florida Privacy Rights
Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, chapter 501, part V, sections 501.701 through 501.722, gives covered consumers rights that can include confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-outs. Statutory thresholds and exclusions apply, government public records are not covered by those consumer requests, and enforcement belongs to the Florida Attorney General. For data held here, use the Contact page; the search is normally limited to contact mail and server logs. A correction or redaction request concerning an official record must go to its custodian.
